  6. Purpose:        Program to manipulate Quake2 .wal files.  Allows for simple
  7.                 editing, viewing/zoom, bitmap import, and setting of texture
  8.                 flags/contents/animation.  Allows for new creation, and loading
  9.                 of existing textures.

  17. Misc:           This is a Beta version of Wally.  It is not intended to be
  18.                 a finished product.  More like an almost ready for version
  19.                 1.0 product :)  There are many functionality items that I
  20.                 am planning on adding.  But I wanted the Q2-Community to
  21.                 have something to play with, and hopefeully give some feedback.
  22.                 If you're one of those people, try this out and lemme know
  23.                 what you think :)

  32. Usage:          Unzip into a directory, and run Wally.exe.  Everything is
  33.                 self-contained.  Registry settings are made into the
  34.                 following key:
